PEPPER GREEN LARGE
BUSHEL

Description

Green peppers are sweet, mild vegetable flavor; slightly more bitter than other varieties such as the red pepper. The sweet, juicy, green flesh is crunchy when raw and tender when cooked. Inside the thick flesh is an inner cavity with edible bitter seeds and a white spongy core. Green peppers may be chopped into salads, sprinkled onto pizzas, cooked into soups, stews, casseroles and stuffed, roasted or grilled.
